If color of garment made using pure cotton will last for 20 washes then bamboo too. Almost no difference.
05. To get it called "ethically made sustainable bamboo clothing" we should get the garments manufactured locally.
We have only one planet. When we raise concern about planet, it's not local. It's global. No matter where you live on earth, if earth is in trouble all of us will get equally affected. So how, come local manufacturing will save earth and overseas manufacturing will not?

06. Outfits made using bamboo fabric is expensive.
It is sold expensive. But making is not expensive. Usually fashion brands sell their garments at a very higher (unreasonably) by label-ing it bamboo or sustainable.
07. Only X type of styles / design can be made in bamboo (sustainable) fabric.
This is upto some extend true. Using bamboo fabric, not all kinds of design can be made. Bamboo fabric is good for specific styles and design.
